This is an initial version of Zyvela's privacy policy. It describes, in plain language, how we approach the data you share with us while Zyvela is in its early stages. As our products move out of private preview and beta, we will publish a more detailed policy — and we'll note material changes here.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: information you send us directly (for example, when you email us or request access to a preview), basic contact details, and standard technical data collected when you visit this website. Within the product, we handle the content and context you choose to connect so that Zyvela can do its job.
How we use it
- To respond to your requests and provide access to previews and betas.
- To operate, maintain and improve our products and this website.
- To communicate with you about the platform when relevant.
Data minimization
We aim to collect and retain only what we reasonably need. We don't sell your personal information, and we work to keep access to data controlled and scoped to its purpose.
