Initial version. These terms will be expanded as products become generally available.
These are the initial terms for using Zyvela's website and products. They're written to be readable rather than exhaustive, and we'll update them as the platform matures. By using Zyvela, you agree to the spirit of what's described here.
Acceptable use
Use Zyvela lawfully and responsibly. Please don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, access data you're not authorized to access, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to harm others. We may limit or suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Previews and betas
Some products — including Zyvela Brain and Zyvela Copilot — are offered as private preview or private beta. That means they are still evolving: features may change, behavior may be imperfect, and access is granted at our discretion. Preview and beta software is provided on an “as-is” basis and shouldn't be relied upon as a finished product.
Changes to the service
We're actively building. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms over time. When changes are material, we'll do our best to communicate them clearly.
Reasonable limitation
We work hard to make Zyvela useful and reliable, but to the extent permitted by law we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for every purpose — especially preview and beta features. Your use of the platform is at your own discretion.
